His Story
Érica has guided Ayahuasca processes for over two decades. She started as a participant, continued as an apprentice alongside masters from Putumayo, and today coordinates every Chakana Ancestral retreat: the initial conversation, group selection, team coordination, and subsequent follow-up.
Her role is not merely organizational. She is the person who speaks with you before you arrive, understands your story, and ensures the team knows what you need. When someone wonders if it is their time, she is the one who answers with honesty, even if the answer is "not yet."
Outside the retreat, she sustains the community: the circles, the integration, and staying in touch with those who have already passed through the maloca.

What those who have been here say
I spoke with Érica two months before joining, and that call was already part of the process. She never tried to sell me anything: she asked about my life and helped me see if the time was right.
Her calm anchors the entire weekend. You know someone is watching over you, even if you can't see her.
