• Booking request and contact form: name, email, phone, language, retreat or date of interest, and the message you write.
• 1-on-1 call booking: name, email, phone number, and chosen time slot, to schedule the appointment and send you the video call link.
• Members area: email and encrypted password, name, and any content you voluntarily publish.
• Shop: order and billing details necessary to complete the purchase; payment is processed by the payment gateway, which handles card details without us ever seeing or storing them.
• Basic technical data for website operation and security.

We do not collect or store medical histories, diagnoses, medication, or any other medical information through this website. We expressly ask that you do not include health information in forms or messages.

The pre-retreat medical assessment takes place on an independent medical platform used by the medical team, which complies with the confidentiality requirements applicable to clinical information and safeguards it securely. This information remains under the responsibility of the healthcare professional who collects it and is not transferred to this website, the members area, or our contact system.

The legal basis is your consent when writing to us or registering, and the performance of a contract when you book a spot or purchase a product.

We work with providers who act on our behalf solely to provide the service: web hosting and database, email delivery, payment gateway, calendar and video calling for 1-on-1 sessions, and an automatic translation service for the website texts.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes. We only share it when required by law.

We retain inquiries and conversations for as long as an active relationship or interest exists, and thereafter, for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations (for example, accounting and tax obligations in the case of bookings and purchases). If you request deletion, we will delete it unless we are required to retain it by legal obligation.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability at any time, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to erica@chakanaancestral.com.

If you consider that we have not properly addressed your request, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

The retreats and this site are intended for individuals over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
