The retreats, ceremonies, and activities described on this site are organized by Chakana Ancestral, with a team of facilitators, therapists, and healthcare professionals. Contact: erica@chakanaancestral.com · WhatsApp +34 669 351 503.

Full corporate registration details will be incorporated into this document as soon as they are formalized.

Submitting the application form does not confirm a place. The process is: application → conversation with Érica → prior medical assessment → confirmation of place and payment.

We reserve the right not to accept an application when the professional assessment indicates that the retreat is not suitable for that person at that time. This is a decision rooted in care, not a sanction, and is always communicated personally.

The current price of each retreat and the accommodation options (private room or shared room for women or men, which is more economical) are communicated during the booking process. The place is reserved once the agreed amount is paid within the indicated timeframe.

Optional services, such as transfers from the airport or train station, have an additional cost and are arranged separately.

To be confirmed. The exact cancellation, refund, and date-change policies are confirmed in writing prior to payment, during the preliminary conversation with our team. Until published here, the applicable terms are those communicated to you via email or WhatsApp alongside your booking confirmation.

Should Chakana Ancestral cancel a retreat due to reasons beyond the participant's control, we offer the option to transfer the spot to another date or receive a refund of the amount paid.

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Answer with complete honesty during the preliminary medical screening, including all current medications and ongoing treatments.
• Refrain from consuming alcohol, drugs, or undisclosed substances before and during the retreat, and adhere to the preparation guidelines and dietary recommendations.
• Respect the group, the confidentiality of shared experiences, the team, and the space and nature welcoming us.
• Follow the team's guidance throughout all ceremonies and activities.

Failure to comply with these obligations, or any conduct that compromises personal or group safety, may result in the termination of participation without the right to a refund.
